College Park Place

Project Overview

The property owner wanted to upgrade and modernize the exterior façade of the plaza, along with updating an interior unit and freshly pave the plaza parking lot. Existing block and brick were removed from the exterior of the unit to prepare for the installation of new windows, brick, and cork. The interior rental unit was completely gutted down to the studs and rebuilt. Older existing asphalt parking lot was removed, and sections of the concrete walkway. The parking lot was prepped, paved and line markings were placed along with new concrete sections for the walkway.

Services Provided

For the exterior of the plaza, the old block and brick was removed, new windows were installed, and new exterior brick and surfacing has been installed to reflect a new, more contemporary exterior finish. Inside, a large rental unit has been completely renovated with a new layout and new plumbing, HVAC, electrical, drywall, windows, flooring and paint to add to this exceptional space. Lastly, a newly paved parking lot with new line markings and new concrete walkway was installed to complete the exterior update for College Park Plaza.
